From designing highly functional ground-floor retail space and merchandising plans to buying & redeveloping underutilized infill assets to owning and investing in their own hospitality passion projects and everything in between, their knowledge of placemaking is second to none.

Rather than inheriting leasing assignments for vacant retail space which were so often a dysfunctional afterthought to larger projects, Adam and James agreed that combining their collective interests would create an opportunity for more thoughtfully integrated retail experiences, aligning the desires of landlords and world-class operators, and creating a social landscape to positively impact the way in which the city interacts with a development. That’s when Rebel Rebel was born.

When industry veterans, Adam Williams and James Craig, decided to form a partnership aligning their respective interests in urban retail, they did so with one goal in mind. The priority was to create important places in the city, however that looked. Being equally passionate about retail & hospitality, Adam and James are both experienced in all facets of the space.
